Orchha is a small town on the bank of river Betwa and is famous for temples that are built by its Bundela rulers in the 16th and 17th centuries and still retain much of their pristine perfection. You will be staying overnight in Orchha.
In the morning, you will depart for Khajuraho. You will reach Khajuraho in the evening. Enjoy the light show in Khajuraho. You will be staying overnight in Khajuraho.
In the morning after breakfast, embark on a guided tour of Khajuraho. Start with the visit to group of famous Chandela dynasty temples. These temples are worldwide known for their spectacular erotic sculptures and carvings depicted in them. The Western Group of temples that are dedicated to Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu includes the KandariyaMahadeva temple, the Matangeshwar temple, the Lakshmana temple, and the Varaha temple.
